Payments Methods
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. You are able to pay with any major credit or debit card that PayPal processes without having a PayPal account.
How do I pay for other services you provide that are not within the store?
We will issue a payment request once the project is agreed upon by you and us. If you did not receive the payment request, please contact us.
Can I pay by check or money order?
We prefer payments made online however if you have a preference to paying with an alternative method, please let us know. There will be a delay in work until the payment arrives and clears out bank.
Delivery & Refunds
How do I recieve my order?
Once payment is made for the templates or services, we will reach out to you to gather the required information to complete your order. After completing the order will be emailed to you in the formats listed.
Do you allow refunds?
All sales are final after the project is completed. If for some reason you are unhappy with the final service or design, we will certainly work with you to correct any issues you have. We take pride in our impeccable reviews and go above and beyond for our customers.
Can I order prints?
Yes. Should you want to order prints of any design materials please contact us for customization options and additional fees.
